Orientation

As another week comes to an end it is truly to exciting to write about what has been done. However, as the usual I am going to keep it short and simple.

The highlight of this Sunday, was the Mephisto Bar. A dark, rock music bar with lots of pictures of Mephisto, a famous character in the German legend of Faust. Of course I was extremely excited, due to the fact I had read the legend last semester in my German Literature class! Instead of sitting, drinking a beer, and looking chill; I was snapping photos, Snapchating, and confusing the waitress on which beer I wanted. I can't wait to go back.

Day 10 consisted of meeting people, paper work, and shopping. This wasn't any kind of shopping this was dirndl shopping.

Day 11

A wonderful trip to Bonn consisted of looking at the City, visiting the Haribo candy shop, visiting Beethovens Birth House (pictured right), and the best part was our guided tour in the Haus der Geschichte (Museum of Contemporary History).

I love viewing all the old buildings, aren't they beautiful?

Day 12

Began the day with my German course and ended with some Karaoke at the local Irish Pub. The Zac Brown Band was even sung - pretty good.

The end of the week consisted of Bowling at the Pin Up and a day trip to Köln.
