Guten Tag or Good Day!

I am Vanessa and I have always said that I was born to travel. As you can see above, I first received my passport in Germany as a baby and have traveled ever since. Growing up in a bilingual household of German and English, helped establish my passion for various languages and cultures. Throughout my life, I have met people from Germany all the way to China. Making friends around the world has brought me a rare feeling of joy and yearning to connect to the world.

These trips laid the foundation for my collegiate career, inspiring me to complete a double major in International Business and Marketing with a minor in German. 

​

In the last 20 years, I have traveled to 18 countries and crossed the Atlantic 8 times, moving between my home in Michigan and the Sachsen home of my family. However, this past year was the most adventurous. For the first time, I had the opportunity to live and study in Koblenz, Germany for one year and experience life as a "native German" - rather than a short-term visitor.
 

This website was created to showcase and share my passion, as I continue to expand myself in the business world.
